Best Practices Forum for Internals and the Consultants' Forum
For the first time ever, the Best Practices for Internals SIG and the Consultants Forum will come together for lunch and a casual meeting. Join us as we discuss our common concerns and share the view from our worlds. The purpose is to explore how can we help each other become more successful.
Inquiring minds would like to know:
1. How do internals select their trainers/consultants? What credentials do internals look for?
2. What do internals expect and/or need from externals?
3. How do the Consultants Forum and its members make themselves more visible to internals?
4. How does the Consultants Forum and its members network with the Best Practices SIG? How can we support one another?
5. What makes a positive internal/external relationship?
6. What are the obstacles that impede positive relationships?
